3-9x is THE classic size for hunting scopes.

The 3-9x40mm scope is designed to be compact and lightweight, featuring a nine times magnification that is suitable for a variety of hunting scenarios.

It includes a straightforward, durable reticle with holdover capabilities for accurate shots over long distances. The low-profile turret is easy to adjust with your fingers, and the separate eyepiece along with the power ring accommodates flip-up lens caps.

Warranty Information

Forever Warranty (Non-Thermal Optics) and Three Year Limited Warranty (Thermal Optics)

All Burris Optics (with the exception of Thermal products) are covered by the Burris Forever Warranty™. Burris Company, Inc. (“Burris Co. or “we”) warrants that its Burris Optics products (non-thermal optics products) will be free from manufacturing defects for the product’s lifetime from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later).

Burris Co. also warrants that its Burris Thermal Optics products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) by the original purchaser.

Burris Co. will repair or replace, at its option, your Burris optic if it is covered by these warranties. The warranty for Burris Optics (non-thermal optics) products is automatically transferred to future owners.

Please note that because Burris Co. cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, these limited warranties apply only to products that were purchased from Burris Co. or a Burris Co. authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Burris Co. reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
